How to Make an Appointment

Appointments may be booked in several ways:

By Phone

Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 020 8777 8245 .

Urgent on the day appointments are available from 08:00am Mon-Fri.
These appointments are only bookable via telephone and in person at the reception desk.

Routine Pre-bookable appointments are released at 12:00pm 14 days, 7 days and 2 days in advance using Patient Access. These appointments can also be booked by calling the Surgery and in person.

By eConsult

Go to the home page and click on ‘Consult my Doctor Online’ and complete an eConsult. This service is a non-urgent service that allows patients to complete a form and ask a clinician for emailed advice. Please do not use eConsult for appointment booking requests or prescription requests. If you are unwell and need urgent assistance, do not use this service and instead contact reception directly.

Online:

Click here to book your face to face or telephone appointment online. Pre-bookable appointments are released at 12:00pm 14 days, 7 days and 2 days in advance using Patient Access. These appointments can also be booked by calling the Surgery and in person.

You will need an online account to use this service – if you don’t already have an account, please come to reception for an online access form to complete and bring photo ID.

In Person at the Surgery

Patients can make an appointment in person at the reception desk.

Cancelling Your Appointment

When you receive an appointment at the practice, please ensure that you arrive on time. If you can no longer make your appointment, it is very important you let the practice know so this can be offered to another patient. A lot of money is wasted in the NHS every year by patients who do not attend a booked appointment.

If you receive an appointment reminder via text message and want to cancel it, you can text back CANCEL which will immediately cancel the appointment.

Alternatively, you can call your practice to cancel your appointment.

Home Visits

Home visits are only for patients who are housebound or too ill to attend the surgery. It is better for you to be seen at the surgery where there are better diagnostic tools and better facilities to properly assess you.

If you require a home visit please contact the surgery as soon as possible in the morning and give the receptionist your details.
