Consultations are initially by telephone or video, but you will be offered a face to face appointment with the doctor or nurse if appropriate.
- call the Surgery to make a telephone consultation on 020 8777 82459
- use online patient services such as the NHS App or Patient Access (for full access you will need to complete an online services application form and provide photo ID to receive a linkage key)
- complete an eConsult (click on ‘Consult your Doctor Online on the home page or use the NHS App on your mobile device) and a telephone or video consultation will be offered if necessary. Please note, eConsult should not be used as a service for ordering repeat prescriptions. Prescription queries may be emailed to: email@example.com
If you are isolating because you have symptoms of coronavirus or live with someone who has symptoms of coronavirus, and require a sick note for your employer, please do NOT contact your GP or submit an eConsult, but instead click here.
For prescription queries, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
