Test results are now available to view online

We are pleased to announce that test results are now available for patients to view online.

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE A PATIENT ACCESS OR NHS APP ACCOUNT TO USE ONLINE SERVICES.

If you already have a Patient Access/NHS App account:
Patients who currently have ‘basic’ access only (ie, do not have access to medical records) will need to come to the Surgery with ID to enable access to your medical records and test results. This is an important security measure to protect your sensitive data. Patients who already been verified and currently have access to their medical records can request the addition of test results by emailing us here.

If you don’t have a Patient Access/NHS App account:
To be able to view your test results as well as book appointments, order repeat prescriptions etc, please come to the Surgery with ID to complete an online access application form. We will send you a PIN for  you to create your account.

We are aware that our telephone lines are currently extremely busy and hope that this step will remove the need for many patients to call the Surgery to get test results.

To view your test results in Patient Access, simply login to your Patient Access account, go to ‘Medical Records’ (on the left hand panel), then ‘Test Results’. Test results are also available on the NHS App.
